Return & Refund Policy
Once a customer has decided to return the product purchased, they have to initiate a return request within 48 hours after the order has been delivered. The customer has to mention the reason for the return. The returns will only be accepted if the product is received in a damaged condition or if the customer has received a wrong product. The return request can be initiated by sending an e-mail at enquiry@craftlove.in along with product images.
- CAN I RETURN A PART OR ALL ITEMS FROM MY ORDER ? Yes you can return a part or all items from your order if you have ordered multiple items
- HOW WILL THE REFUND BE ISSUED ? Refund will be issued in the form of discount coupons which can be utilised during your next purchase from craftlove.com
- HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE REFUND TO BE ISSUED ? Once we have received the returned order, it will undergo a quality check after which the refund will be processed. Typically it takes 3 - 4 working days for the refund to get processed.
